Having served for 30 years as a police officer in London and the Thames Valley, I retired in 2013 and  founded Stressless Home Maintenance. I saw a clear need for a trustworthy, professional and reliable home maintenance and management service - especially for homeowners who may be absent, time-poor, elderly, unwell, or simply lack the skills or confidence to manage their homes effectively.

My journey with property began over 40 years ago when I bought my first house. Since then, I’ve bought, remodelled, and refurbished more homes than I can count. Through hands-on experience, I’ve gained a wealth of practical skills and project management expertise, ensuring a high-quality finish and complete client satisfaction.

I’m fully insured and DBS-checked for peace of mind.

In 2021, my wife and I relocated to North Devon, where I have fully renovated our cob cottage and added a home office and bar/media room. Plans are already in motion for a new hobby room and additional storage space in 2025.
